Hi Richard
At least I'm not on my own. Despite my difficulties with LB Administrators in the past, I've always liked LB/LBB, but it is easy to forget the ins and outs of it. Hopefully, it will all come back to me.

Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to Richard and all users of LBB. I've had eye problems over the last 18 months so I have done very little programming because of the glare from the computer screen. I've just started trying to program again and it's amazing how quickly you forget the keywords and...

OLD LBB FORUM
Hi Richard
Ignore the comment below. The link now works for me. Must have been the virus security or browser??????
Recently, I decided to do a scroll through the Old LBB Forum, but the link no longer works.
Do you intend to provide a new link, or has it now vanished forever?

Numeric Entry Into A Textbox
It's some while since I submitted code for Numeric Entry Into A Textbox (and I can't find it in the forum). However, I have produced an update, which Is submitted below. Basically, the routine allows a textbox to be opened and the user can then enter only the characters 0-9 and - (comma) and . (deci...

Re: testing
Richard Sorry, I didn't notice your post. I have downloaded the LBB file and installed it. I did get a warning of a virus, but I checked it and got the all-clear before I installed it. I have run a few of my programs with it - all successfully. I've also proxies an exec file from one of them, again ...

Re: testing
Richard I thought about responding from the LBB site, but since the matter was brought up on the BBC Basic forum I decided to respond from there. Wrong decision! So, my offer to help still stands, so if you still want to go ahead with the testing could you give me links to the updated LBB and the te...

Richard On the BBC Basic forum [url]https://www.bbcbasic.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&p=4837#p4837[url] you stated that you had an updated version of LBB, but couldn't issue it because it required intensive testing. I offered to help with the testing. Have you had any further thought on the mat...

Re: 'include filename.bas
I believe the LBW download is still available on Alyce's site. The problem seems to be browser based, a casual click gets ignored. On my iMac I need to Command Click to get the download started and I also need to Allow downloads from her site. Nanny state again. I know it is different for Windows, ...

Re: 'include filename.bas
I'm sorry to hear about LB Workshop no longer downloadable. I've tried it myself with no joy. Fortunately, I have kept a copy of the zip file that I downloaded for LBW. In regards to a help file for LBW, I have produced my own bespoke help file, which incorporates help files for LB4.5, LB Companion,...
